The purchaser shall withstand the expense of installation and welding of replacement parts unless otherwise well-set to in writing by Gasoline Advertising Products. Replacement of a part under warranty does not proffer the warranty terms. Gasoline Advertising Products is single-minded to the quality of products and consumer satisfaction; however this warranty shall not wield if failure of equipment, and/or scratches and damages on parts is caused by abuse, improper maintenance or repairs, any modification, misapplication, and improper handling. Gasoline Advertising Products is not responsible for damages to our products during the undertow of transit. Such items as Adhesive, Plexiglas, and Aluminum Channel are covered under this statement.
